Our Story
We at Suricon Traffic Engineering have been a key contributor to Queensland's traffic design sector since 2020, capitalising on the significant infrastructure growth across the state. From the beginning, we prioritized developing strong internal capabilities in professional Traffic Analysis, allowing us to accurately model complex data and ensure our planning is robust and reliable. This expertise forms the foundation for our meticulous preparation of detailed Traffic Guidance Schemes (TGSs) and comprehensive Traffic Management Plans (TMPs). A defining strength of our firm is our established, efficient communication with key regulatory bodies, including Transport and Main Roads (TMR) and various local Councils. This ensures that project designs move through the necessary approval processes smoothly and efficiently.
As infrastructure investment surged from 2022 onwards, our role became increasingly vital. Our Traffic Analysis capabilities expanded to include predictive insights, offering our clients strategic advice to proactively manage and mitigate traffic impacts during construction. We have successfully managed numerous complex, multi-phased projects, delivering precise TMPs and accurate TGSs that comply with the highest safety standards. Our reliable engagement with TMR and local Councils remains central to our operations, allowing Suricon Traffic Engineering to consistently deliver safe, efficient, and well-executed traffic solutions that actively support the ongoing development and smooth functioning of Queensland’s road network.
